This month I would like to introduce you to our Office Manager, Barb Shipley, and one of our Customer Service Specialists, Mary Audet. These two 25 year employees exemplify loyalty and dedication to providing the best service to our customers.

One of the most important factors of our business success is customer satisfaction. The desire to experience exceptional value again draws the customer back to our business. Loyal employees like Barb and Mary provide this value. Companies like ours need 2 things to grow their way out of difficult times: (1) for our customers to stay with us, and (2) we always must improve on our productivity. There is a strong relationship between productivity, loyalty, employee satisfaction, customer loyalty, and profitability. This only happens through an organization of committed, loyal employees.
