Over 190 residents visited us for our May Community Shred Day. Corrigan Record Storage securely shredded over 10 tons of paper of personal documents. Each bale of shredded paper also gets sent to a paper mill for recycling into products we use everyday like paper towels and toilet paper. Our staff is always ready to unload your car and then send your documents directly to our shredder. You can stay and watch or drop off and go. The Community Shred Day is held on the first Saturday of each month from 9 am until Noon. The cost is only $5.00 to shred up to one bin (300 pounds) and then it’s only 10 cents a pound if you have over one bin. We also shred individual computer hard drives for only $5.00 or still in the unit for $10.00. If you can’t make it to our monthly Community Shred Day, you can still visit our Novi location during the week between 9 am and 4 pm. The cost during the week is 10 cents a pound with a $15.00 minimum charge. Please call our office to make an appointment if you want to view your documents being shredded during the week. Our next Community Shred Day will be on June 2nd.
